Alena Reed

Alena Reed is a dedicated professional currently serving as a Client Services Intern at Indianapolis Motor Speedway since January 2024, with prior experience including roles in event staffing at Live Nation Entertainment and Accent Indy. Alena has a strong background in event management, having provided support for large-scale events at Indiana University Bloomington and served as a University Events Assistant at Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis. Previous experience also includes coordinating operations at Indianapolis Motor Speedway’s College Program, and working as a hostess at El Mazatlan Mexican Restaurant, where hospitality skills were honed. Alena's educational journey includes pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Convention, and Event Management from Indiana University Indianapolis, set to graduate in May 2026, following a high school diploma from Lincoln Community High School.
