Lauren Matlock

Lauren Matlock has had a diverse career in human resources, with their most recent position being Human Resources Director at Accent Wire Tie since August 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Human Resources Manager at Energy Services South from January 2019 to June 2021. Earlier in their career, they held various roles at RPC, Inc., including Human Resources Manager for Employment from January 2015 to January 2019, and Recruiting Manager from January 2005 to January 2015.

Lauren Matlock earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Western Governors University, which they attended from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Business from Lone Star College, where they studied from 2008 to 2010. In addition, Lauren Matlock achieved the certification of Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in January 2018.
