Ashleigh Teal

Ashleigh Teal is a licensed Physical Therapist with extensive experience in evaluating and developing care plans primarily for geriatric populations with complex orthopedic and medical conditions. Currently employed at AccentCare since August 2020, Ashleigh focuses on enhancing strength, balance, and independence while minimizing caregiver burden and fall risk. Previous roles include positions at Northside Hospital, Acts Retirement-Life Communities, Inc., and Kindred at Home, spanning from 2015 to 2021. Ashleigh's formative experience includes student physical therapist roles at various healthcare facilities and working as a physical therapy aide at Athens Regional Medical Center and East Athens Physical Therapy. Ashleigh holds a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of North Georgia and a Bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sport Science from The University of Georgia.
