Leonard Goodsell

Leonard Goodsell currently serves as the Director of Cyber Security Operations at AccentCare, a position held since September 2024. Previously, Leonard worked at Netskope from March 2021 to September 2024, where roles included Assistant Manager of Information Security focusing on Redteam and Ethical Hacking, as well as Security Engineer for the Red Team. Prior to that, Leonard was a Threat and Vulnerability Operations Specialist at BJC HealthCare and a Cyber Security Operations Engineer at Booz Allen Hamilton. Leonard’s early career includes a Systems Administrator II role at Southern Illinois University, and various positions at Wal-Mart and the Illinois Army National Guard, where responsibilities included technical support and medical care respectively. Leonard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems Technologies specializing in Networking and Security from Southern Illinois University.
