Deana Curcic

Deana Curcic is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic program management and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Currently serving as the Accenture Legal Inclusion & Diversity Program Lead, Deana developed a comprehensive DEI strategy that resulted in the successful launch of the "Allies in Action" initiative and managed a global budget of $500k. Previously, Deana held various roles at Accenture, including Europe Government Relations Strategy and Operations Lead, where the first Europe Leadership Engagement Plan was implemented. At CFA Institute, significant contributions were made to Nordic societies, leading to impactful initiatives such as sustainability programs and the Nordic Investment Conference. Deana's background includes strategic planning roles at the Canada Border Services Agency and Public Services and Procurement Canada, where infrastructure projects and investment analyses were successfully managed. With a Master of Arts in Political Science from Carleton University and additional education in Russian Language and International Development, Deana combines strong analytical skills with a commitment to driving sustainable change.
