Juan Miguel Campos Ulate is a seasoned operations leader currently serving as a Senior Manager in Service Delivery Supply Chain at Accenture since July 2024. Previously, Juan Miguel held multiple positions at OnProcess Technology, including Vice President of Global Operations, where responsibilities included managing global processes and operations, driving performance against client KPIs, and implementing strategic initiatives for high-quality service delivery. Prior roles included Director of Global Operations & Account Management and Director of Site Operations, where Juan Miguel focused on operational management and enhancement of performance standards. With a solid foundation in project management and operations cultivated through earlier roles at The Results Companies, Techzilla Tech Support, and Talbot Construction, Juan Miguel combines strong leadership with a commitment to continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
