Lili Duan

Lili Duan currently serves as the Strategy Managing Director and Principal Director, Global Head of Organizational Science at Accenture. Previously, Lili held the position of Global Manager of PeopleScience at McKinsey & Company and completed an internship at Mercer. Additionally, Lili worked as a Psychometrist at the Ministry of Education in China. Lili earned a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from the University of Maryland between 2001 and 2006 and holds a Master of Science in Psychometrics from Beijing Normal University, completed from 1998 to 2001.
