Mathew Polackal

Mathew Polackal serves as Managing Director (Partner) for Financial Services at Accenture since September 2016, leading sales and growth strategies for Banking, Capital Markets, and Insurance clients. Responsibilities include advising clients on emerging technologies and fostering collaboration among various internal teams. Prior to Accenture, Mathew held multiple roles at Infosys from August 1999 to September 2016, including Senior Director with P&L responsibility for significant client accounts, as well as Engagement Manager and Business Manager, focusing on client relationship management and project execution. Mathew began career as a Software Engineer at Churchill Software Services (I) Pvt Ltd. Academic qualifications include a Master's Degree in Computer Applications and a BS in Physics from Bharathidasan University.
