Pete Carroll

Pete Carroll is an accomplished program manager with extensive experience in the insurance technology sector. Currently serving as Program Manager at Blackcomb Consultants since January 2019, Pete has effectively architected and initiated the Guidewire Cloud Program (Elysian). Previous roles include Senior Director and Guidewire Practice Leader at Cognizant Technology Solutions, where Pete developed a cloud-based Guidewire offering tailored for the North American insurance market. As Senior Manager at Capgemini, Pete led a significant program for PolicyCenter 8.0 and managed the successful implementation of Guidewire PolicyCenter at Sentry Insurance, which received the 2011 Guidewire Innovation Award. Earlier experience includes IT leadership roles at Cequent Performance Products and a military background with the United States Air Force. Pete holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor of Applied Science in Managed Information Technology from Cardinal Stritch University and a Program Management Certificate from The George Washington University School of Business.
