Alex Herlo has work experience in various technology management and project management roles.

From 2018 to the present, Alex has been working at Accertify, Inc., where they started as a Technology Project Manager for the Hosting Infrastructure, Development, Information Security, and IT Support projects. This involved tasks such as infrastructure maintenance, scaling, and growth, development release cycles, PCI Auditing remediation, and IT project rollouts. They also provided administrative support for Atlassian products and Slack.

In April 2019, Alex was promoted to the role of Program Manager in the Technology Management Office (TMO). They are responsible for managing the portfolio and projects within the Technology Hosting Segment, aligning projects with company and team goals, managing the yearly technology budget and future investments, and leading the Hosting Segment. Prior to working at Accertify, Alex worked at Systems Maintenance Services from 2014 to 2017. They held roles such as Project Technical Lead, Project Coordinator, and Associate Project Manager, where they were involved in managing and coordinating projects.
