Heather Norman has extensive work experience in various roles related to customer experience, compliance, and fraud prevention. Heather is currently working as the Sr. Manager of Customer Experience & Solutions at Accertify, Inc. since November 2022. Prior to that, they held senior managerial positions at Overstock, including Senior Manager of Legal Product Compliance from March 2022 to November 2022, Manager of Legal Compliance & Ethics from August 2020 to March 2022, Manager of Product Compliance & Ethics from June 2019 to August 2020, Sourcing Risk Manager from March 2018 to June 2019, Fraud Prevention Manager from February 2014 to March 2018, Fraud Prevention Assistant Manager from May 2011 to February 2014, and Fraud Prevention Reporting Analyst from April 2006 to May 2011. Before joining Overstock, they worked at Sento as a Fraud Prevention Lead from September 2004 to April 2006.

Heather Norman attended West Desert High School but did not complete a degree or specialize in a particular field of study during that time. In addition to their high school education, they obtained two certifications: "PowerPoint 2021 Essential Training (Office 2021/LTSC)" from LinkedIn in January 2023 and "Strategic Thinking" from LinkedIn in March 2019.
