Tina Yarovsky

Tina Yarovsky has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Tina is currently the Director of Knowledge & Learning Solutions at Accertify, Inc., where they are responsible for creating high quality learning experiences for the global employee base. Tina'srole includes designing an employee onboarding curriculum, overseeing the technical writing team, and architecting an internal product training program.

Prior to that, Tina worked as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Valparaiso University for a brief period in 2018. Tina also spent two months in France for a French immersion program to enhance their language skills and cultural awareness.

From 2014 to 2018, Tina served as the Chief Administrative Officer at Grenzebach Glier and Associates, where they oversaw various operational functions such as human resources, marketing, business development, and client services. Tina improved processes, developed people, and leveraged technology in collaboration with different teams.

Before that, Tina held multiple roles at Trading Technologies from 1997 to 2014. Tina was the Vice President of Online Support Services, where they built and managed the support web presence and led key initiatives such as knowledge management and customer education. Tina also served as the Vice President of Knowledge & Learning Solutions, Vice President of Support Operations, Vice President of Human Resources, and Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO and Board of Directors at Trading Technologies.

Additionally, Tina worked as an Accounting and Administrative Assistant at FIMAT from 1996 to 1997, where they handled accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury functions, and coordinated marketing and PR activities.

Tina Yarovsky obtained a BA degree in French and International Economics & Cultural Affairs from Valparaiso University, where they studied from 1992 to 1996. Later, they pursued an MBA with a focus on Strategy & International Business from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, completing their studies from 2000 to 2003. In November 2019, they also obtained a certification in the American Express & Harvard New People Leader Program from Harvard Business Publishing.
