Madalina Hurducas

Madalina Hurducas has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Madalina joined accesaeu in 2019 and currently holds the position of Head of People Office, where they oversee the management of the company's human resources. Prior to this role, they served as the People Advisors Coordinator - HR Operational Manager and the Learning & Organizational Development Consultant. Before joining accesaeu, Madalina worked at Genpact from 2012 to 2019, starting as a Process Associate and progressing to roles such as Training Coordinator, Training Manager, HR Business Partner, and HR Project Manager. As an HR Project Manager, they were responsible for various aspects of employee engagement, people practices, workforce planning, and talent management. Madalina also played a significant role in driving the transformation and change agenda of the organization and contributed to the design of HR policies and guidelines. Additionally, they conducted trainings, managed disciplinary cases, and participated in talent marketing and employer branding activities. Madalina's experience also includes data analysis, communication plan implementation, and facilitating workshops and learning sessions.

Madalina Hurducas pursued their education at the Faculty of European Studies, Babes Bolyai University. From 2009 to 2012, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in European Institutional Management, focusing on Business/Managerial Economics. Madalina furthered their education at the same university and completed their Master's degree in Performance Management from 2012 to 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Madalina Hurducas has also obtained several certifications. In 2018, they received training and testing for Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Genpact. In 2019, they became a Certified Trainer through the Ministerul Educației Naționale. Continuing their professional development, they achieved the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in January 2021. Most recently, in May 2021, they became a Certified OKR Professional through The KPI Institute.
