Valentina Gorgan

Valentina Gorgan has extensive experience in technical support and customer order management, currently serving as a Technical Support Engineer at accesa.eu since December 2018, focusing on EDI Functional Support and EDI Administration. Valentina has successfully identified customer needs for EDI integration, conducted testing, and managed system setups for various transactions. In addition to this role, Valentina is an Onboarding Process Manager for Scripor Alphabet, contributing to volunteer efforts by overseeing new volunteer onboarding.
