Kristy Gibbs has over 20 years of work experience in various roles related to data analytics, CRM strategy, and brand strategy. Kristy co-founded Access to Insight, LLC in 2012 and served as the CEO. In 2013, they joined PHENOMENON, where they focused on data analytics and CRM strategy. Prior to that, they worked at Leo Burnett from 2003 to 2012, where they held the position of Senior Vice President CRM & Brand Strategy. In this role, they led a team of marketing professionals and collaborated with creatives, planners, and account managers to deliver cross-functional solutions. Before Leo Burnett, Kristy worked as a consultant at Accenture, specializing in CRM analytics for AT&T.

Kristy Gibbs obtained their Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Eastern Illinois University between 1992 and 1997. Kristy further pursued their education and completed their MBA in Marketing & Management of Technology at Syracuse University from 1997 to 1999.
