Kristin Gilbertson has an extensive work experience in the investment industry. Kristin started their career as a Principal Investment Officer at The World Bank in 1992 and held this position until 2002. Kristin then joined Stanford Management Company as a Managing Director Public Equities from 2002 to 2004. Following that, they worked at the University of Pennsylvania as their Chief Investment Officer from 2004 to 2012. Most recently, they have been serving as the Chief Investment Officer at Access Industries since 2013.
Kristin Gilbertson obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, Magna Cum Laude, from Harvard University. Kristin also pursued further education at Stanford University Graduate School of Business, where they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, though the field of study is undetermined. Additionally, they served as an Adjunct Professor at Columbia Business School, specializing in Wealth Management for Family Offices, Foundations, and Endowments.
