Senior HR Manager at Access Intelligence Group

Matt Ward's work experience begins in 2007 at Catalysis Communications Ltd, where they served as a Consultant, working with clients such as Intel, BT, Fujitsu, Leo Burnett, and Panasonic.

In 2009, they joined Vercity Group as an Organisational Development Coordinator. Matt later became the Organisational Development & Communications Manager in 2011, holding this role until 2015.

From 2015 to 2017, Matt worked at The Institute of Directors as an HR Manager, which is the UK's largest membership organization for business leaders.

In 2017, they moved to Pulsar Platform as an HR Manager. Pulsar is an award-winning social intelligence platform that collaborates with prominent companies such as Instagram, Samsung, Ikea, Chanel, Aviva, 20th Century Fox, and UEFA.

Finally, in 2019, Matt joined Access Intelligence Plc as an HR Manager, and they currently serve as the Senior HR Manager. Access Intelligence manages a group of technology sector companies and has offices in 10 countries, with a large client base of over 8,000 and 1,000+ employees. Some of the notable companies within the Access Intelligence portfolio include Isentia, Pulsar, Vuelio, and ResponseSource.

Matt Ward attended various educational institutions and obtained several qualifications.

In 2006, they enrolled at City, University of London, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Sociology. Matt completed their undergraduate studies in 2009.

In 2013, Matt furthered their education at The Open University Business School. Matt pursued a Level 7 Postgraduate Certificate in Business Administration, which they successfully completed in 2014.

In 2016, they pursued a CIPD Level 5 Certificate in Human Resource Management from CIPD Qualifications, completing it in 2017. Additionally, in the same year, Matt participated in the Coaching Skills for Directors program offered by the Institute of Directors (IoD).

Continuing their professional development, in 2017, they obtained certifications from two different institutions. Matt became a Certified DiSC Trainer (Behavioural Profiling) from ITDA: International Training & Development Associates. Additionally, Matt earned the designation of Certified Mental Health First Aider from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England.

In 2017-2018, Matt pursued the CIPD Level 7 Advanced Award in Employment Law, again from CIPD Qualifications.

Lastly, in 2020, they briefly enrolled at Griffith University to study International Regulation of Employment Relationships.

Overall, Matt Ward has exhibited a commitment to expanding their knowledge and skills through various educational programs, covering topics such as employment law, human resource management, coaching, and mental health first aid.
