Fredi Castrejon

Fredi Castrejon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business consulting, education, and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Business Partner at Access Plus Capital since February 2023, Fredi is also the Chief Executive Officer of Fredi’s Consulting Group and a Business Consultant with Mission Community Services Corporation, both positions held since January 2022 and January 2019, respectively. Additionally, Fredi contributes to education as a Teacher at Bakersfield Adventist Academy since January 2019 and previously worked as a Substitute Teacher for the Kern County Superintendent of Schools from August 2016 to January 2019. Fredi's academic background includes a Master of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the Florida Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from the University of La Verne, complemented by general education at Bakersfield College and teaching credentials from Barstow Community College and Pacific Union College.
