Manolo Arriaga has over 18 years of experience in software engineering and development. From 2002 to 2006, they worked as a Web Developer at El Diario de CD. Juarez. During this time, they were responsible for designing and developing a new internal administration site with ASP.net and MySql Databases, as well as being the Database Administrator. From 2006 to 2011, they worked as a Senior .Net Developer at Dalton Servicios. During this time, they participated in several projects such as the migration of an internal ERP Software from Vb6 to C#.Net, as well as maintenance and testing. From 2011 to 2015, they worked as an IT Team Lead at Global Hitss. During this time, they developed and maintained software code based upon provided direction, performed unit testing of programming changes, and coordinated testing with QA. From 2015 to 2019, they worked as an IT Services Manager (In Site at MeridianLink) at HITSS USA. During this time, they oversaw infrastructure upgrades, modifications and deployments, and coordinated IT dept.’s operational and strategic planning. Since 2019, they have worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Access Sciences. During this time, they have developed a comprehensive software catalogue and troubleshooting guide for software used in the records management process, developed an online survey application to obtain user browser configuration information and user opinions of custom applications used by records management, coordinated internal user testing and deployment of a revised version of an Electronic Document Management System, maintained custom and third-party software used in the records management process, developed new features for existing custom applications to facilitate process improvement, monitored and administered the Record Management System, OnBase and Kofax platforms, configured scanning hardware and software (Kofax) for an in-house scanning operation for large state agency, and designed a system to integrate the batch generation of header sheets with paper documents users submit for scanning into a state agency’s document management system.

Manolo Arriaga obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Universidad Autónoma de Ciudad Juárez between 1998 and 2002.
