Jim Scimone

Jim Scimone is the current president at Access Staffing. Jim has over 25 years of experience in the staffing industry, including Source Services and IBM. Jim has a proven track record of success in managing and growing businesses. In their most recent role at Access Staffing, they have been instrumental in driving the company's growth and expansion. Prior to joining Access Staffing, Jim was the managing director for Source Services, where they oversaw a staff of 25 recruiters and account managers specializing in information technology and finance/accounting. Jim successfully turned around a failing operation in Florida and was recognized as the #1 manager in the country in their second year. Jim began their career at IBM as a software engineer before moving into sales, where they excelled and was recognized as the "Professional of the Year". Jim then transitioned into product marketing, where they continued to be successful. Jim's experience in both the technical and business sides of the staffing industry make him uniquely qualified to lead Access Staffing into its next phase of growth.

Jim Scimone has a BA in Mathematics from Boston College.
