Angela Woods

Angela Woods, MBA, has extensive leadership experience in healthcare administration and transformation. Currently serving as Chief Administrative Officer and Vice President-Transformation at Access: Supports for Living since September 2017, Angela also holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at AdCo Health Partners, where the focus is on coaching healthcare executives to achieve breakthrough results in operations and culture. Prior military service includes a distinguished career as a Colonel in the US Army from June 1991 to July 2021. Angela has held key roles in various healthcare organizations, including Deputy Chief Operating Officer at NYC Health and Hospitals and Network Director for Breakthrough-Lean Process Improvement at Generations Plus Northern Manhattan Health Network. Angela holds a BA in Psychology from California State University, Northridge, and an MBA in Health Care Administration from Marist College.
