Chen Chen

Chen (Lillian) Chen is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in the finance sector. Currently serving as the Director of Finance at Access: Supports for Living since January 2022, Chen previously held positions at The Guidance Center of Westchester from June 2013 to December 2021, including Controller and Accountant/Financial Analyst. Responsibilities have encompassed the preparation of financial statements, budget planning, fiscal reporting for various New York State agencies, and oversight of daily accounting transactions. Chen holds an MBA with dual majors in Accounting and Financial Management from Pace University and a Bachelor of Science in Financial Management from Beijing Jiaotong University.
