Karen Nava, RDN, LD is a Registered Dietitian currently working at Access to Healthcare Network since October 2022. Prior experience includes a dietetic internship at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, where Karen completed 1320 hours in various dietetics fields, providing Medical Nutrition Therapy for complex conditions and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. As a Nutrition Chef at Green Our Planet, Karen organized cooking demonstrations for elementary students, promoting healthy eating habits. Additionally, experience at Three Square Food Bank involved managing meal distribution and operations, contributing to the organization of over 300,000 meals. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Sciences, graduated Cum Laude from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas in 2020.
