Annemarie Klimek

After serving two years on the AccessAbility Board of Directors, AnneMarie joined the staff in 2019 as Chief Innovation Officer and has since assumed the position of Chief Operating Officer. She has a degree in Organizational Management and Leadership from Concordia University St. Paul, along with 28 years of experience in management and leadership positions across industries, including retail, management consulting, IT/software consulting, and medical devices. She has held seats on non-profit boards since 2005 and runs a non-profit foundation supporting the needs of underserved youth and families.
