Nargiz Aliyeva

Nargiz Aliyeva, CIA, currently serves as the Head of the Internal Audit Department at AccessBank Azerbaijan since August 2020 and is a Board Member at the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) Azerbaijan from February 2022. Previously, Nargiz was the Risk Manager at FINCA Bank Kyrgyzstan from June 2017 to July 2020 and the Head of the Internal Control Department at FINCA Azerbaijan from December 2007 to May 2017, where significant improvements in internal control programs were achieved. Nargiz also has a background in financial oversight as a Senior Financial Controller, establishing an efficient finance controlling function. Nargiz Aliyeva holds a Bachelor's degree in Turkish Language from Baku State University and has further education from KHAZAR University.
