Mikala Cox

Mikala Cox is an experienced professional in youth programming and community advocacy, currently serving as a Youth Programming Specialist and Program Generalist at the Center for Arab American Philanthropy since September 2019 and at ACCESS - Arab Community Center for Economic and Social Services since August 2021. With previous roles including MOVE Conference Organizer at ACCESS, Organizer with the National Network for Arab American Communities, and Research Assistant at the University of Michigan's Prevention Research Center, Mikala has a strong background in community engagement and program development. Educational qualifications include a Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from Michigan State University.
