Kisha Saunders, MM, currently serves as an HCV Case Management Specialist at the Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority since January 2012, managing over 250 program participants and ensuring compliance with program eligibility. Prior to this role, Kisha was the Director of Administration at LEVOC Family Services, where responsibilities included conducting recruitment for mental health positions and overhauling auditing procedures. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Housing Operations for the Franklin Redevelopment & Housing Authority, overseeing public housing and voucher programs, along with policy development to ensure compliance with federal regulations. Kisha holds a Master of Business Administration from Cambridge College and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Saint Paul's College.
