Additionally, they worked as the Director of Associate Services at AmerisourceBergen, managing internal and external customer support, and as the Vice President of Customer Service at Iron Mountain, where they led customer service operations and implemented process improvements. Debbie Romano has a strong background in strategic leadership, customer experience, and process optimization.
Debbie Romano received a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Ramapo College of New Jersey in 1987. In 2014, they obtained a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership with a focus on Organizational Effectiveness from Immaculata University.
