Kate Legare

Kate LeGare is a seasoned professional in the field of Total Rewards, currently serving as Sr. Manager at Access | Information Management since September 2017. Kate has progressively advanced through various roles, including Manager, Supervisor, Senior Analyst, and Analyst in the Total Rewards department. Prior to Access, Kate gained experience as a Total Rewards Analyst at The MENTOR Network, where responsibilities included collaborating on job descriptions, promotions, and compliance with labor standards. Earlier experience at Seniorlink included roles such as Supervisor of Compensation & Workforce Analytics, where Kate developed compensation policies and programs, and Human Capital Analyst, among other positions. Kate holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Public Administration from Suffolk University.
