Mariana Aguirre is the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability, a position held since August 2020. Mariana also serves as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previously, Mariana was the owner and manager of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019 and worked as a nutritionist at a private consulting practice from February 2016 to 2019. Additionally, Mariana has experience as a university lecturer at a vocational training school, teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Well-being from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
