Marcie Baker

Marcie Baker has over 28 years of experience in customer care and logistics, currently serving as Senior Manager of Customer Care at ACCO Brands since October 2005. In this role, Marcie has held various positions including Sales Manager for Business Development, Service Contract Manager Analyst, and Export Team Lead, successfully managing multiple export accounts and overseeing the relocation of the export team. Prior to ACCO Brands, Marcie worked at Jones Apparel Group as a Traffic Coordinator and began a career in packing at Dyna Pak. Marcie holds a high school diploma from Lawrence County High School and attended Columbia State from 1996 to 1998.
