Willie Alvord

William Alvord is an Investment Associate at Accolade Partners since August 2022, focusing on venture capital in technology, healthcare, blockchain, and empowerment. Prior to this role, William served as an Investment Analyst at the University of Virginia from September 2019 to May 2022, also contributing as the Editor of Connections for the Office of Student Affairs. William gained leadership experience as the Chief Executive Officer of Colonnade Capital Partners, LLC, managing a student-run hedge fund, and held the position of Chief Financial Officer. Additional experience includes internships at Bessemer Trust and UBS, where William worked in client advisory and wealth management.
