Lachy Hogarth

Lachy Hogarth is an experienced property and development professional with a career spanning over 16 years. Currently serving as Managing Director at Accord since August 2015, Lachy focuses on delivering development and investment solutions across commercial, retail, childcare, healthcare, and industrial sectors, fostering long-term relationships with investors and tenant partners. Prior experience includes roles as Development Manager at Development and Advisory, Project Manager at Aspen Group Limited where significant contributions were made to the City Central Precinct Project, and Qualified Property Valuer positions at Maloney Field Services and Rushton Valuers. Lachy holds a Bachelor of Business (Property) from the University of South Australia, a Post Graduate Certificate in Applied Finance from Kaplan University, and a Certificate IV in Building & Construction from the Master Builders Association SA.
