Sonia Kulshrestha

Sonia Kulshrestha has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Sonia is currently serving as the Operations Manager at Accord Innovations since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Willis Towers Watson as an Assistant Manager from 2015 to 2021, where they had management responsibilities and acted as a bridge between production teams and internal stakeholders. Before that, Sonia worked at DiTech Process Solutions as an Account Manager/Project Manager from 2007 to 2013, where they provided global publishing, financial, and legal services. Sonia also served as an Associate - Project Manager at Aptara (formerly India Book House Process Solution) from 2005 to 2006, and as a Process Developer at Genpact from 2003 to 2005, where they handled credit card payment collections and trained new employees.

Sonia Kulshrestha attended Sophia Sr. Secondary School Ajmer, where they studied Art/Art Studies, General. After completing their schooling, they obtained their Graduation degree in Arts from Maharishi Dayanand Saraswati University, Ajmer.

Additionally, Sonia has obtained two certifications. In May 2019, they completed the Operations Development Program from The Institute of Leadership & Management. In September 2018, they became a Leader Manager after completing the certification program from Wilson Learning.
