Michelle Bowen

Michelle Bowen is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Accordant Investments since August 2023. Prior to this role, Michelle held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Spruceview Capital Partners LLC from 2018 to August 2023. Michelle also has experience as the Vice President of Financial Reporting at Cole Real Estate Investments from 2009 to 2018 and as a Senior Auditor at PwC from 2006 to 2009. Michelle holds a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Arizona, where Michelle also completed their Bachelor's degree in Theatre Arts with a Minor in Business Administration.
