Lauren J. Reddy, SPHR, is an experienced leader in talent management and organizational performance. Currently serving as Managing Director for Leadership and Workforce Optimization at Accordion since July 2022, Lauren focuses on aligning leadership and workforce strategies to enhance engagement and adaptability. Prior roles include Chief Talent Officer at L.E.K. Consulting, overseeing human resources and talent strategies across multiple locations, and Chairperson of the Global Talent Committee. Additionally, Lauren has provided strategic consulting and advisory services through Reddy Consulting and Advisory, helping diverse clients build high-performance organizations. Prior to these roles, Lauren managed business operations at Boggini Realty Advisors and led project management efforts at The McMackin Corporation.
