Mindy Dominek

Mindy is a Managing Director with nearly three decades of experience in public accounting. She has extensive experience working with companies in regulated businesses and has deep technical expertise in both accounting and auditing.

Mindy is a subject matter expert in US GAAP, SEC Regulations, and internal control attestations. Throughout her career, she has helped companies with complicated transactions – including M&A’s, IPOs, and carve-outs. She has specialized technical knowledge in a variety of areas including accounting for stock-based compensation, leases, and financial instruments.
