Sarah Bailey

Sarah is a Managing Director with experience in the entire M&A life cycle, including carve-out services, pre-acquisition due diligence, and post-merger integration. At Accordion, she focuses on financial integration for executed M&A transactions.

Prior to joining Accordion, Sarah was a Senior Manager at Deloitte in the Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestitures practice. During her 6 years at Deloitte, she advised financial and strategic buyers on pre-acquisition due diligence, financial reporting aspects of transactions, Day 1 readiness, and post-merger integration. Sarah has primarily focused on the health care provider sector, with experience in a variety of sectors, including pharmaceutical, medical device, information technology, and consumer and industrial products.

Sarah started her career at Ernst & Young, where she spent 4 years providing financial assurance services across a variety of sectors, including health care, medical device, information technology, venture capital, and energy.

Sarah currently serves on the finance committee of a nonprofit organization, Victim Rights Law Center, based in Boston, Massachusetts.

Sarah graduated with honors from Skidmore College with a B.S. in Management and Business, and the University of Virginia with a M.S. in Accounting.
