Melinda-Pol Antonio Dazo

Melinda-Pol Antonio Dazo has worked in various roles since 2014. In 2021, they began working as a QA Analyst for Accountable, a self-employed company. In this role, they established quality procedures in order to scale the product, review and perform product testing for a React Native application (mobile and web), and create, build and execute Test Plans. From 2018 to 2021, they worked as a Software Analyst for Accelya Group, where they reviewed and performed product testing for airlines analytics products, created monthly detailed documentation of product performance, and worked closely with development, customer success and business unit to meet and discuss new implementations. In 2018, they also worked as a Software Analyst for SDL plc, where they provided a weekly performance of a voice intelligence assistant, worked closely with the development team to meet plans, discuss issues, and provide information of the NLP model implemented, and tokenized natural utterances to improve features functionality. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Trade Marketing Iberia and Marketing Intern for Ria Financial, where they analyzed online channel services, proposed and implemented enhancements for all online platforms, managed and measured content of social media accounts, studied and supported requests from the Sales Team, and managed databases for events and campaigns. Finally, in 2014, they worked as an Intern-Loan Handling Service for Ferratum Group, where they managed payments, collections and recoveries of loans, provided customer service, and promoted sales.

Melinda-Pol Antonio Dazo has a Master of Business Administration from Küchnel Escuela de Negocios, obtained in 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Grado en Administración y Dirección de Empresas from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid in 2015. Additionally, they have a TensorFlow Developer Certificate from the TensorFlow Certificate Program, obtained in March 2021.
