Garima Sehgal has held various roles in the field of Human Resources. Garima is currently the Head Of Human Resources at Accrete AI since June 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Think360.ai from April 2019 to April 2021. Garima also has experience as a Human Resources Manager at Relcon Infraprojects Ltd. - India from August 2017 to February 2019. Before that, they worked as a Senior HR Generalist at CAN TechLabs Pvt Ltd from March 2014 to November 2016. Their career in HR started at ISON BPO LTD, where they worked as an HR Executive from September 2012 to March 2014.

Garima Sehgal completed their Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resources from Uttarakhand Technical University from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they attended DAV (PG) College from 2007 to 2010, where they earned their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree. Garima completed their 12th grade from Hilton School (ISC Board) and their 10th grade from Hilton School (ICSE Board), specializing in Commerce and Science respectively.
