Prashant’s mission is to help enterprises grow by enabling leaders to make accurate mission critical decisions faster. Prior to launching Accrete in 2017, Prashant spent over a decade in high frequency trading where he witnessed automation replace human floor brokers. He envisioned that AI would eventually replace painful analytical work performed by knowledge workers across every industry as machines became more intelligent.

Accordingly, Prashant evolved his focus from automation to building continually learning AI models capable of understanding context without explicit user labeling. Since 2017, Accrete has become one of the world’s most important enterprise AI companies. Under Prashant’s leadership, Accrete has been writing the playbook on how to scale an AI company.

He has built a world class team that continues to grow and execute rapidly; developed and licensed human-standard, explainable AI to a growing roster of blue-chip commercial and federal customers; and efficiently managed hyper growth. Prashant and his team have developed a portfolio of configurable AI applications that are being used by leading organizations in a variety of ways across industries such as Defense; Media & Entertainment; eCommerce and Financial Services.

Accrete enables major music labels to identify superstars before competitors; collectibles companies to increase throughput in the authentication, attribution and grading of baseball and trading cards; the Department of Defense to predict covert behavior from foreign adversaries seeking to influence the supply chain; benefits brokers to identify the shortest path to the hottest leads; and more. Prashant is a graduate of Hamilton College and lives in Lower Manhattan with his wife and two children.
