Charlie Ryan is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in the real estate and technology sectors. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Accrue since August 2023, Charlie Ryan focuses on transforming rent payments into credit towards future homeownership, making homeownership more accessible. In addition, Charlie Ryan is Co-Founder and Executive Vice President at at HUM, where the software platform enhances sales efficiency for property developers and managers through virtual staging solutions. Previous roles include National Sales at Expedia Group following the acquisition of Pillow, where Charlie Ryan was Vice President of Sales and a foundational team member, and Sales Manager at AfterCollege, Inc., which was later acquired by Jobcase Inc. Charlie Ryan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Small Business Administration/Management with a focus on Entrepreneurship from San Diego State University.
