Jenna Hager has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. In 2015, they started as a Public Relations Coordinator at The Dr. Oz Show. In 2016, they transitioned to Nickelodeon as a Business Development Specialist. From 2018 to 2019, they worked at Rhino, initially as the Operations and Customer Success Lead and later as the Team Manager of Onboarding & Customer Success. In 2020, they became the Senior Manager of Customer Experience at Rhino and then moved on to become the Program Manager for Risk & Revenue Strategy in 2022. In 2023, they briefly worked as a Consultant at Accrue before assuming the role of Director of Operations and Customer Success at the same company. Additionally, they were a Member at Luminary from 2021 to 2023.
Jenna Hager has a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Management from Pace University - Lubin School of Business. Additionally, they studied Economics at the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology.
