Aaron Percy

Aaron Percy currently holds the position of Vice President of Software Development at Accruent since March 2023. Prior to this role, Aaron had an extensive tenure at Blackbaud from September 2010 to March 2023, where responsibilities included serving as Director of Software Development and Senior Software Development Manager, overseeing teams of up to 30 individuals, and focusing on team development and strategic vision. Additional experience includes managing software development staff as Software Engineering Manager and serving as Senior QA Engineer. Earlier in a career at Convio, Aaron led client support for enterprise software, and at Staples The Office Super Store, Aaron managed sales teams, achieving over $6 million in sales. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Arts in Information Science and Management from the State University of New York at Oswego.
