Joris Dee

Joris Dee is an experienced professional with a strong background in process engineering and production management. Currently serving as Production Manager (Process) at Accsys since October 2021, Joris leads a team of nine direct reports and oversees 34 indirect reports. Joris previously held multiple roles at Berry Global, Inc., including Process Engineer and Quality Supervisor, where responsibilities included managing quality improvements and engineering projects. Joris's experience also encompasses positions at various organizations, including Efteling as an actor and swordfighting stuntman, and Smit & zoon as a Plant Support Engineer, demonstrating a diverse skill set in both technical and creative domains. Educationally, Joris holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemistry from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.
