Wim Dokter

Wim Dokter is the current Site Director – Manufacturing & Engineering at Accsys Technologies.

Dokter has over 25 years of experience in various managerial roles in the manufacturing and engineering industries. Wim started their career as a Research, Development and Technology Manager at Akzo-PQ Silica in 1995. Wim then became a Maintenance, engineering and infrastructure manager at Akzo-Nobel Catalysts in 2001. In 2003, they became a Plant Manager at Albemarle Corporation & Akzo Nobel. From 2008 to 2011, they were an Operations Manager at Tremco-illbruck. Dokter then became a Continuous Improvement Lead at Cargill from 2011 to 2014. In 2016, they became an Operations Productivity Manager (WE ops) at Wessanen. Wim has been with Accsys Group since 2019 and is currently the Site Director Manufacturing and Engineering.

Dr. Wim Dokter has a Doctorate in Thesis Silicas and Zeolites from Eindhoven University of Technology. Wim also has an Ir. in Chemical Technology from Technische Universiteit Eindhoven. Additionally, they attended ASA and albert schweitzer.

They work with Angus Dodwell - Legal Counsel & Company Secretary, Hal Stebbins - Director of Quality, Supply Chain & Customer Service, and Edward Pratt - Director of Business Development. Wim Dokter reports to Robert Harris, Chief Executive Officer.
