Phillip Sis

Phillip Sis has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Phillip began their career as a Project Engineer at General Motors, where they worked on new and existing products for the Windshield Wiper Systems group. Phillip then moved on to Sybron Dental Specialties, where they were responsible for designing new products. After that, they worked at Brass Eagle, Inc. as a Project Engineer, overseeing the design and development of paintball products. Phillip then joined ALTO U.S. Inc. as an Engineering Manager, where they directed product design and development for the Clarke and Clarke-American brands. Phillip continued their career at Nilfisk-Advance as the Director of Engineering, leading a 21-person R&D team and achieving multiple product launches. Phillip then became the General Manager and VP of Engineering & Operations at HydraMaster, a manufacturer of carpet and hard surface cleaning equipment. Prior to their current role, they served as the Director of Operations at Accu-Time Systems, overseeing production assembly, supply chain management, and quality control. Phillip is currently the Vice President of Engineering and Operations at Accu-Time Systems, where they are responsible for leading the engineering team and driving continuous improvement.
