Dominique Lagrave

Dominique Lagrave has a diverse and extensive work experience in the regulatory field. Dominique currently holds the position of Senior Vice President Regulatory Innovation at Accumulus Synergy since October 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the Vice President Regulatory Innovation at the same company from April 2022 to October 2023.

Before joining Accumulus Synergy, Dominique Lagrave worked as a Board Member at IRISS Forum (IRISS-Forum.org) starting from October 2021.

From January 2018 to April 2022, they held the position of Regulatory Strategic Innovation Leader at Amgen. Dominique was also the Head Global Regulatory Operations at Amgen from March 2015 to March 2021, where they were responsible for managing regulatory information, submission publishing, and regulatory systems. Dominique led a team of 130 combined full-time employees and vendor managed resources across different regions.

Prior to Amgen, Dominique Lagrave worked as the Head Global Regulatory Affairs at Tata Consultancy Services from September 2014 to March 2015. Dominique was responsible for ensuring high-quality regulatory outsourcing for biotech and pharmaceutical clients.

Dominique also served as a Principal Consultant at PAREXEL from September 2013 to September 2014 and as the Director Global Regulatory Affairs and Drug Safety Operations at Dendreon Corp from July 2011 to September 2013.

Their earlier experience includes the role of Senior Director Regulatory Operations and Innovations at Novo Nordisk from June 2004 to June 2011. Dominique led the regulatory operations and innovations function, managing regulatory submissions for company products in the US, Canada, and Latin America.

Dominique Lagrave started their career as a Senior Regulatory Specialist at Liquent from May 2001 to June 2004 and as a Regulatory Affairs Manager at Galderma from September 1996 to May 2001.

Dominique Lagrave earned a PharmD degree in Pharmacy from Paris-Sud University (Paris XI) in 1996. Dominique also obtained a Master's degree in International Regulatory Affairs from the same university in 1996.
