Nelson Vasquez, CNIM, R.EEGT., CLTM, has extensive experience in neurophysiologic monitoring and neurodiagnostics, currently serving as an Intraoperative Neurophysiologic Monitoring specialist at Accurate Neuromonitoring since April 2017. Nelson also holds a position as Neurodiagnostic Technologist II at Atlantic Health System since October 2013, where responsibilities include performing EEGs for a range of patient demographics, overseeing staff, ensuring compliance with procedural guidelines, and supporting epilepsy surgical candidate workups. Previous roles include team leader and neurodiagnostic technologist I at Atlantic Health System, as well as a registered representative at John Thomas Financial. Nelson's background includes service in the US Navy from 2002 to 2007, where experience as a sonar technician and damage control petty officer was gained. Educational qualifications include an A.A.S. in Electro-Neurodiagnostics from DeVry University and a BA from Eastern Connecticut State University.
