Jake Biddle

Jake Biddle has a diverse work experience spanning across different companies and roles. Jake started their career in the US Navy as an Electronics Technician/Reactor Operator from May 2004 to September 2008. In 2008, they joined TomoTherapy as a Technical Support Engineer and later became a Senior Technical Support Engineer from November 2009 to July 2011.

In the same year, Jake joined Accuray as a Senior Technical Support Engineer, and over the years, they held multiple positions within the company. Jake became the Technical Support Team Lead - Americas from February 2014 to August 2017, and then moved on to become the Americas Technical Support Manager from August 2017 to February 2020. Their responsibilities increased as they became the Director of Global Technical Support from February 2020 to August 2023, and eventually the Senior Director of Global Technical Support from August 2023 to the present.

Jake Biddle obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Nuclear Engineering from Excelsior University, where they attended from 2004 to 2008. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business/Commerce, General at The Citadel, completing their studies from 2012 to 2015.
